Choose a sleeve that installs without excessive stretching yet remains close enough to avoid snagging or uncontrolled movement. Review bend radius, flex frequency, rubbing points, temperature, hydraulic fluids, outdoor exposure and the method used to secure each end. For applications requiring protection against high-pressure fluid spray or hose bursts, the sleeve's suitability should be verified under the relevant operating and test conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
01. Can the sleeve be cut using ordinary scissors?
Yes. Suitable sharp textile scissors can be used, but the cut edges may fray. A controlled thermal cutting method is recommended when a cleaner, more stable edge is required.
02. Does the sleeve require additional end fixation?
End fixation depends on the installation conditions. Cable ties, clamps or other suitable retaining methods may be considered to prevent unwanted sleeve movement.
03.Will the sleeve absorb moisture?
Polyester fibers have relatively low moisture absorption, but the woven structure is not waterproof and may allow water to pass through.
04. How should unused sleeves be stored?
Store them in a clean, dry environment away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and sharp objects that could damage the textile structure.
